OFFENDERATOR Visits the ER encourages critical thinking amongst your Healthcare Staff and trains them utilizing the best strategies to handle difficult situations. If educational videos are boring, dry or too technical, an audience can lose interest, but when staff are entertained they pay attention, retain, and apply what they have learned.

OFFENDERATOR challenges our fictional healthcare staff with various escalation events and de-escalation events emphasizing the concept that knowing “what NOT to do” is as important as knowing what “TO” do.

OFFENDERATOR Visits the ER comes from a concept by Phoenix Training Group’s CEO Doc Elliot and is directed, animated and co-written by Award-Winning feature film Director J. Allen Williams.  Both Elliot and Williams co-produced.

Scenarios and material contained in OFFENDERATOR Visits the ER will apply to various departments within your Healthcare environment. Lessons explored here involve situations that focus on nursing, doctors, behavioral health, administration, front desk, security, social services, patients, and others.

Our dynamic interactive companion workbook provides detailed explanations providing insights and tips while answering questions regarding scenarios that staff, employees or patients may encounter. Utilizing the DVD and workbook in tandem will invite staff to answer questions as they work, taking notes from the lesson as they go along, thus improving the overall learning experience.

Also included in the Offenderator Package is a comprehensive interactive power point presentation, the perfect companion to the workbook and DVD movie.

The OFFENDERATOR WORKBOOK/USB POWERPOINT: 

Also included in your package is an electronic version of the OFFENDERATOR Workbook in PowerPoint on a small, convenient USB thumb drive. Instructors may copy the file off of the USB and share via email to any staff or attendees as needed.

This versatile, interactive tool allows Instructors to share the workbook with the class on a projected screen as they follow along using the physical, printed workbooks.  Attendees may also load the PowerPoint Workbook and follow the educational presentation on their own electronic devices.
