Brought directly to your facility as a part of the Phoenix Training Group Instructor Training, or as a stand-alone De-escalation Simulation Program, this hands-on system recreates realistic scenarios healthcare, behavioral health, and public safety teams encounter in the field. From emergency departments, hospitals, patient care environments and behavioral health, to long-term care settings, group homes, and even real estate or home-health environments — your staff will train in the same types of situations they face on the job.
